You cannot lead people if fear is leading you

Stop living in yesterday and step into the future God has for you. Forward is faith and backward is regret, and looking back keeps you in the past. Keep moving toward what God is opening.

Your job is to shepherd hearts into the presence of God. Peter was not commissioned with loud applause but with responsibility when Jesus said, "feed my sheep," not "impress my sheep."

You cannot lead people where you refuse to go yourself.

You do not lead people forward by singing the right song. You lead them forward by walking the right road.

What you model matters more than what you sing.

If worship feels rushed, people stay guarded. If worship feels performative, people stay distant. But when worship feels safe, people begin to exhale.
