End of an era….. this Steve Kinser #wingpanel is from the World of Outlaws 2009 season. It was crashed during World Finals at Charlotte Dirt Track and in 2010 Steve was driving for Tony Stewart Racing Making this the last Quaker State crashed wing panel. #worldofoutlaws #sprint
