Robb Elementary has 576 students—and 84% are economically disadvantaged. Now 19 were murdered, 17 have bullet wounds, & 538 are emotionally scarred the rest of their lives. The school has 1 Counselor. ONE. Yet, Uvalde Police is 40% of the town budget. This Is A Failed System.
