Surgery next month🥳 The past year went by so quick and I'm so glad💪

2,5 weeks till surgery aaaaah😱 Not allowed to do anything for 2 weeks after and take it easy for 6-8 weeks... any advice on how to NOT go mad? Not allowed to bent, raise my arms, carry anything.. what can I do?!🤣 Any tips how to stay sane?🤣
