Had a great time watching Merritt Island win & advance to the 5A State Semifinals with Mustang Hall of Famer, Neon Leon Bright! Enjoyed visiting with NFL coach, Dave Campo who talked to the team before the game. We watched & talked about old times coaching ball. A great evening!

Great to see these 3 former players coaching together at Lee County HS in Georgia. Dean Fabrizio, William Mosley, & John Flath. Dean (HC) has built the program with 2 State Championships. William is a finalist for the Leon job & John is an outstanding coach. A old coach is proud!

Don’t try to copy the 49er defensive strategy for the last minute when opponent has no timeouts! Green Bay would love to see that!

The NFL does everything for TV. Why a play-off game at 8:00 in Buffalo? The Packers will host the 49ers at 8:00 Saturday night in Green Bay! Why? The fans at the game are spending a ton of money to freeze their butt off. The players don’t like it. Ridiculous!

Football problem #2 I would solve: NCAA Championship on Saturday. All the coaches could see the entire game & not worry about getting up the teach or go to work! Big Green Egg & beverages!

With a great deal of sadness I share with my football friends the passing early this morning of Bill Urbanik. Bill played college football at Ohio State & was a member of the National Championship team in 1969. A long time college and NFL coach has been a close friend.

What a pleasure to watch former players, now HCs at Mainland & Eau Gallie! Outstanding coaches building great teams! Congratulations! Travis Roland & Chris Sands, proud of you!
