Our poor garden has been pretty well neglected this year since our son was born. Our strawberries were good, corn was ok, and we finally got our first tomatoes haha. Also dont remember planting this varitey of squash, but here we are.

Planted 2 separate chestnut groves on the property yesterday, about 20 trees each, thanks to a donation to our county's conservation effort. The chestnut population in the US has been decimated by blight, and we are happy to help bring the chestnut tree back.

And theres the guys that don't watch tv or movies and perfer taking on the stewardship of a property in rural Vermont in their "spare" time

Attened funeral services for a dear friend of ours that tragically passed away last week. He was only 34 years old. If you don't mind, please say a prayer for his family, they are going through a very difficult time. Rest in peace, Ryan.
