Out of an abundance of caution, no fans will be permitted to attend home basketball games through January 22, 2022. The decision is due to the highly contagious COVID-19 Omicron variant and is for the health and safety of the University community.

It is with deep sorrow and much regret that we share the passing of VSU College of Education professor, Dr. Retta Brown. After a brief health battle and hospitalization, Dr. Brown passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2022.
