I'm convinced people post this stuff for engagement. Trump Shutdown 1.0 was 35 days & SNAP was funded. Starving poor people for shutdown 2.0 is a choice. Most SNAP recipients work. We know companies like Walmart, Amazon exploit them by not paying full-time workers a living wage.
