ENERGY UPDATE: The House of Lords is debating whether an ‘energy price guarantee’ will be introduced this afternoon at the 2nd reading of the Energy Prices Bill. This would limit the cost of electricity and gas per unit for domestic consumers for two years from 1 October 2022.
