I kid y’all not I cut out carbs totally in my diet. I eat like cauliflower rice or quinoa with my meals and I dropped 16 pounds in a week. No added sugars. No fast food. No eating after 8. Strictly water and cold pressed watermelon juice.

Weekly Monday - Friday Diet Breakfast - Skipped Lunch - 6 eggs green onions avocado cup almond milk Dinner - 18 oz ribeye Salt n pepper No snacking. Just water, watermelon juice, and a spoon of honey every now and then. No supplements !
