British Airways Booked directly with a BA agent in February. She made the mistake I had a confirmed ticket but BA customer relations said too bad Great customer service. If I ran my business like BA I certainly would be closed. #badoesntcareabouttheircustomers

Being someone that had a horrible experience with British Airways and being made to pay extra for a CONFIRMED ticket after 5 months. Pay the pilots more. Without them you have no business!!!

Word of advice to anyone flying British Airways always check your ticket and even reconfirm with BA that the CONFIRMED tix is correct. Because BA can extort money from you 5 months after you book for a mistake they made and leave you no choice but to pay.
