I am saddened to learn of the passing of game designer Andrew Greenberg. I never had the pleasure of meeting Andrew in person, but his landmark role-playing game series Wizardry was a joyful and influential part of my life in the 1980s. Rest in peace, Werdna!

Last week at "Save The Games" graphic designer Garrett Burke showed us his original concept sketches for Sonic The Hedgehog 3 and Sonic & Knuckles (promotional and packaging artwork) that he worked on for SEGA of America. (The Strong Museum in Rochester, NY August 22nd, 2024). (1/4)

Holy crap!! A disk I thought was just a copy of #SNES beast and was broken as my USB floppy would read it, turns out to be SNES Beast SOURCE CODE - and my retro PC DOES read it!!! No idea why #DMA had this!! It’s not the full game - perhaps a demo used to show they could do it?

Finally! It's taken me a long time, but volumes 3 and 4 of my “The History Of Nintendo” series will finally be available in English next week! Spread the Word!
