Ladies walking group had an introduction to map reading course today in the #pentlands with Venturing Out CIC - a great 15km in breathtaking scenery (including snow) learning new skills in recognising our surroundings, pacing, points on map, compass & chatting #Wellbeing

Wonderful cycling session with Health in Mind as part of our year long Adventure Wellbeing Programme. We travelled from Musselburgh to the centre of Edinburgh using the #NationalCycleNetwork taking in the Innocent Railway and the amazing tunnel!
