Yesterday I watched my 10 year old take on 6 other swimmers aged 14+ in 100m butterfly, she almost broke. Today she hit the water for 200 fly, was 2 lengths behind her much older competitors and could have so easily quit, but she finished the race. So proud of her. #resilience
