I've been trying Gemini-Cli 2.5 in VSC and though it started out "ok" - the last few updates from Google have completely wrecked it - It now constantly gets stuck in "replace" loops & forgets context - Also fails to update the gemini_md file. #terrible #unusable

I have to say, OpenAI Codex has been 60/40 so far with it's ability to do great work - versus ignoring instructions, wasting time and breaking things... but today, with this change, OpenAI has gone way too far into the "totally reckless with customers time and money" area.
