Pillar 3 - A Safe, Cohesive, and Just Caribbean. The panel discussion focused on violence prevention, gender equality, and strong institutions. Presentations were made by representatives from Belize, Grenada, Aruba, and UNFPA.

Pillar 4 - A Sustainable and Resilient Caribbean - representatives from St. Maarten, Dominica, British Virgin Islands, Guyana, Jamaica and FAO focus on resilience building, recovery after hurricanes, and national develop plans and strategies relevant to the theme.
