A separate UCU issue: This is a difficult time. People are angry and upset. That's valid and can be challenging. However, a lot of behavior can be extra difficult for various people. Shouting, verbal abuse, verbal abuse framed as criticism, putting things in chat, etc.

University management are getting desperate and dirty already, making 50% salary deduction from a Head of Department for refusing to make non-unionised staff do the work of unionised staff who are participating in market boycott
