Quitting can be scary. You might think others will look at you as a disappointment or failure, but I'm not saying go around and quit everything, just pay attention. Pay attention to what you're giving your time to. What matters to you? Is it worth the energy, effort, and pain?

We spend a lots of time discussing and analyzing math and reading data. How often are we giving the same focus on other data? Truancy, suicide, mental health, obesity, depression, anxiety? What would our schools look like if we shifted our focus to mental and physical health?
