Upward Bound Math-Science had a great afternoon at the Recharge Teen Center in Monmouth. It is a wonderful resource in the community! We were also able to learn a little bit about potting plants! 🪴

Upward Bound Math-Science had an amazing morning at Critter Cove. They are in need of volunteers due to the spring wave of baby raccoons! There will be another wave in July so we would encourage people to give their time to help their efforts!

Upward Bound Math-Science Summer Program has officially started! We had a great day with Paradigm Shift! They incorporated leadership discussions with great teambuilding activities.

Our UBMS Summer Program students had a great visit at Clinton Community College today! We were able to hear from a variety of the offices on campus, take a tour, and eat lunch! They were so welcoming and a great way to kick off the week!

We are in week 3 of the UBMS Summer Program and we’re so happy to have Orange Cup Java Station visit us with iced drinks!! 🧋 We got to hear about their business and much anticipated opening of their second location! Thank you so much for spending time with our UBMS students! 🧡

Our Upward Bound Math-Science students enjoyed some time with the Knox County YMCA Day Camp kids this afternoon! Our students led everyone in kickball, powerball, & tug of war. I think everyone might have enjoyed the popsicles most of all!! 😋 Thanks for letting us come visit!

We wrapped up our 4th week of Summer Program with some fishing! 🎣 The rain stopped just in time! Thank you to Brian Woodard for lending his time and equipment for our fishing experience. I think it was the perfect way to kick of our 4th of July Weekend!
