Amateur players often say: "I'm stuck in ranks" when plateauing. I talked to many high performers at @valor_eacademy and they all say: "Ok, I'm stuck. Time to do something different". Taught me that if you do the same thing as yesterday, you'll be the same as yesterday.

Kevin Hitt That I totally agree. We've seen the result of bringing traditional coaching framework at @valor_eacademy catapult amateur players to higher ranks in a fraction of the time generally required. So I can't imagine what this would do in orgs where players do this as a job.
