The last of the long runs this morning at NCR 🙏🏽 Shamar tackled his longest distance to-date, with 11 miles done. Justice had his last double-digit run before CIM, with 13 miles done.

HAPPY #MEDALMONDAY TO ALL THOSE WHO CELEBRATE 🏆 This past weekend, Jus traveled to Sacramento to run in the California International Marathon. He finished with a time of 4:20:28 - a near 58-minute PR from his previous best of 5:18:23 in the 2024 Baltimore Marathon.
