I'm going to really reflect on this , we have to do better at supporting families regardless of their experiences. Nobody wants a professional to make them feel that way , parents often already feel this way without us adding to it

The NSPCC has developed and tested a group work programme - Pregnancy in Mind. It is for expectant parents experiencing/ at risk of mild to moderate anxiety or depression in the perinatal period. It is delivered in many areas over the U.K with great feedback from parents
