I don’t know anyone related to a working GP who doesn’t get that the NHS’s foundation stone, general practice, is wildly under-resourced; escalating costs, massively outstripping funding, have crumbled stability. GPs manage the NHS’s risk. Fewer GPs = more risk. No GPs = no NHS.

So today I have found out that unless I get another role I've applied for at work I will be made redundant, so like so many I will be losing my home and pretty much everything else with the way the economy is, so I could really do with getting as much freelance/ongoing freelance
