People said Concorde was too small to be economic but it was actually too big. Can't fill 100 seats at $20k each—esp with 80s/90s demand. With 64 (nice) seats and ~$5k fares, Overture has much better route compatibility, profitable on 600+ routes. Fares can come down over time.
