TOEFL EssentialsとかDuolingoが（本当に、トップスクールの）英語力基準として採用されていけば、日本の高校生にはチャンスですね。今まで完全に英語のスコアではじかれていたはずの高校生でも十分可能性があるので。 で、まずはTOEICで練習して準備しよう！となるんだけど、この流れが微妙。

英語の勉強では、「留学なしで！」などのフレーズが飛び交いますが、一番いいのは、留学することなんじゃないかと。
