Now on display in Pigeon Forge: Wallace Hartley’s music portfolio. Titanic’s bandleader was found with it still in his valise, sheet music inside. The night the music stopped… the legend began. 🎻 #TitanicMuseumAttraction #TitanicMuseum #TitanicPigeonForge

Today marks 2 years since the loss of the Titan sub. Just as we honor the 2,208 aboard Titanic, we remember the 5 who shared that same passion. Their courage and love of exploration won’t be forgotten.

Beatrice Sandström, born in 1910, survived Titanic at age 1, rescued in Lifeboat 13 with her mother and sister. After the tragedy, the family returned to Sweden. Beatrice later ran a bakery and lived to 85. As a child, she may have mistaken rockets for the moon falling.

Just across from the aft Grand Staircase at our Museum in Pigeon Forge, TN, you'll find..., you’ll find vintage woodworking tools—the kind craftsmen would’ve used to create the intricate designs in those hand-carved pieces. A tribute to the skill behind Titanic’s beauty. 🪚🛠️

Our curator Paul handles each artifact with great care. What may seem like a simple display takes time, precision, and deep respect. Every piece tells a story—and every story matters.
