#creditkarma has been notified 4 times now that my mom's address & phone number are incorrect on her account; they still haven't changed it. What will it take to get someone to do their damn job? This is her credit we're talking about, not her grocery list!

#creditkarma by refusing to correct my mom's personal information you are contributing to the likelihood of her being a victim of senior fraud. Correct her info that YOUR company altered before that happens. An 80 yr old should not have to deal with this.

In one week of shopping at stores, wrong price scanned 3 times. Some retailers build trust by following the Scanner Price Accuracy Code, some, like Sobeys does not. Price difference was only $0.80 but if 100 people don't catch it, that's $80 in retailer pocket.
