Bangkok Immigration came to inspect my workplace. They were here for 3 hours. Looks like they will not extend my “visa”. They said I most likely will have to leave the country. Nothing to do with anything else. They will give me a final verdict next week. Not looking good ☹️☹️

On the horrible messed up pocket watch, fit the lower balance jewel. Now it will go into the lathe to trim the thickness down for proper end shake. This watch is so old, the dial is held in place with small tapered pins rather than screws. 8 more hours it will be done.

A 100 plus year old 18 size full plate Elgin. You have to put these together up side down and put all the gears into them first then gently drop the upper plate into place. It took many days to restore this old pocket watch.
