buff.ly/3iYp799 Congrats to John M. Masterson on publishing this article showing that lymph node count is more useful than lymph node density in predicting survival in men with pathologic node positive prostate cancer Prostate Cancer and Prostatic Diseases Howard Sandler Stephen Freedland, MD

Delighted my fellow Nadine Friedrich Nadine Friedrich won best poster for our work on variation in content discussed by specialty in multidisciplinary prostate cancer consults. We found urologists spend significantly less time on shared decision making than other specialties.

Congrats to super Cedars-Sinai urology resident John M. Masterson for winning best poster for our work showing racial disparities in the way life expectancy is valued in prostate cancer decision making. So glad to have him present three posters from our lab at AUA 2023!

A big thank you to Stephen B. Williams, MD, MBA, MS, FACHE, UTMBUrology, and UTMBSurgery for graciously hosting me as invited speaker for Gen Surg Grand Rounds and the GME Quality Improvement/Patient Safety Poster Session. Was a pleasure to see the super QI work being done at @UTMBHealth!

So proud to share our work published in CDC MMWR showing that vaccination of underserved communities in LA helped reduce disparities in COVID-19 incidence by community income. Thanks John M. Masterson and Michael Luu for all your effort on this project! cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/7…

It was a great honor to have Timothy Daskivich join us for CSPH HSR Speaker Series, followed by Brigham and Women's Hospital Department of Urology Grand Rounds. A heartfelt thank you for sharing your expertise on prostate cancer shared decision-making. Zara Cooper Adam Kibel @Brentnbeck1971
