I was getting lost in the weeds of building an app before Few months ago I started a relentless push to speak to users, get feedback, & build features that solve their problems It's working More reviews coming in, ranking climbing higher, MRR going up Things are looking good

It's been a tough ride but we managed to pull it back

Taxes go up => growth stalls, businesses leave => country has no money => taxes go up Ad infinitum

Didn't even ask for it, if only all merchants were like this...

After a bit of a dry spell with reviews I believe I have figured something out ✅ Build great software ✅ Provide excellent support ✅ Speak to your customers and build what they want Simple, not easy

August has been simultaneously my best month ever for new revenue and my worst month ever for churn Absolutely brutal, need to get this churn figured out or it's gonna hold me back

I just brought churn down from 33% (I know 😬) to 4% Let's hope it stays down now

Ohh boooooy From some of the worst churn I've ever seen to the holy grail NEGATIVE CHURN!! 📉

I was worthy! Shoutout to beckett‼️ for giving me a heads up on some common failures I submitted a few months ago and failed on a bunch of stuff. This time I only failed on 1 thing: app name was too long

Been brutal for Origin since the new year. MRR has been bleeding. Multiple customers telling me they are reviewing what apps they use and cutting costs Gonna crank up the notch on marketing and pump out some high priority features to try turn this trend around
