As Hilton Grand Owner I just received the worst customer service from Hilton Hotels! The emails they send out with discounts are NOT accurate. Even while being on the website and on page 2 of 5 to book there was a rate change. I am totally disappointed.

Not to mention nobody Hilton Hotels can even acknowledge the discount as I clearly have evidence of the email with the information in it. I wish my parents would not have booked already with Hilton Hotels and had a non refundable rate, as we would change.

There are some great people who work at Hilton Hotels! Ms. Frances G. called me this morning after hearing my concern yesterday and the situations was resolved. Hilton Hotels she truly saved the brand this morning for me. Thank you again Ms. Frances!

Truly loved The Strike in Dubai this past week but I did not enjoy the food or the selection offerings at Q’s bar and lounge Quincy Jones Productions. I expected more food choices and the food to be the best ever but it was not good at all, disappointed.
