Whether students are remote or in school, we need to encourage as much physical activity as possible. Physical activity helps reduce stress, anxiety, and helps improve self regulation, focus, and on task behaviors. Its as important as any subject!

A positive mindset and attitude from parents can go a long way.... regardless of your thoughts and beliefs!!
