The first screenshot on the far left shows the vote for the clean CR in the Senate. 55 for, 45 against. Ending the filibuster requires 60 votes. 5 Democrats need to vote for the CR. In other words, Donald Trump has nothing to do with the shutdown. 100% Democrats.

55 votes, almost all Senate Republicans, for the CR. 45 votes, almost all Democrats, voted against the CR. The Senate has something called a filibuster, which requires 60 votes to end. You do the math. If the votes for do not match the minimum required, I think you are lying.
