Not "Khanate", doofus! It was the First Bulgarian Empire and it included also what you call "Servia" in the map, plus Vagenetia ("Epirus") and the whole of Kutmichevitsa ("Macedonia"), save for the East Roman enclave of Solun.

MuZZcovy is the heir of the Byzantine Empire of murderers and cutthroats, after all. Their tactics against Ukraine are identical to how Byzantines brutalized and genocided Bulgarians in the Middle Ages.

Αθανάσιος Κεχρής Daily Romania That's not necessarily a reference to Vlachs. In medieval sources, there were three meanings of "Vlach": one was economic, denoting all pastoralists. One was military, denoting border guards (hint, hint: BULGARIAN border guards!) and the third, in western sources, linguistic. 👇

And when the Greeks colonized the area, they initially named the city Lyko, "wolf". The older name Byzantium is due to the aboriginal Thracians. Same with Odrin deriving from the royal Thracian house of the Odrysae.

"Hellenic princes" at work: robbing, torturing and massacring Bulgarians. Continuing the work of Basil II, they blinded people. "Da cradle of Western civilization", sure, sure... Read, save, disseminate.

T*rks allowed "Hellenic princes" to have their own church, nobility, privileges while denying all this to the Bulgarians. As the Italian travellers in the 17th century noticed, "Every time a Greekling is born, a T*rk is born".
