Cold brew experiment! I brewed 2 teas at 3 different temps, 20°C for 16h, 18°C to 2°C for 20h, 2°C for 20h. I liked the black brewed at room temp, it developed the best flavour, wo being astringent, & I liked the green in the fridge with ice best because it came out sweetest.
