I have stumbled upon one of the most fascinating art pieces of architectural impossibility. This drawing by Oscar Reutersvärd depicts stairs that seemingly defy physics, in such an elegant way. This has opened my creative mind to this newfound impossible geometry.

I just listened to one of the most fascinating radio talks on astronomy by Fred Hoyle, an astrophysicist. He explained his steady-state universe, one that creates instead of diluting it. It truly made me aware of this side of physics which I am now eager to discover more.

To go more in-depth: Hoyle explains how instead of the mass in the universe getting spaced out because of the expansion, it actually stays the same density because of new mass which gets created to fill in the gaps between separated matter. Interesting thought.

I have just begun teaching as an assistant lecturer teaching pure mathematics at the same university where I started my undergraduate, UCL. I hope that I can inspire students with these complex topics, the same way I was inspired by my previous professors.

After teaching for a while, I have decided to complete my PhD in algebraic geometry. I have been lucky enough to get accepted into the University of Cambridge, under the research of Sir W. V. D. Hodge, one of the greatest mathematicians of topology.

After my father and I investigated some impossible shapes and published them in the British Journal of Psychology, over the years they became quite popular. The artist MC. Escher created a few depictions of a few of these shapes, and in this drawing, he uses the Penrose Triangle.

After seeing the different spacetime diagrams created, I decided to make one that could explain our entire universe at a time. I succeeded at doing this by starting with a Minkowski diagram, but shrunk spacetime farther away from some point of reference (like a fish eye lens).

I have tested the limits of the recent spacetime diagram I created. One curious situation I encountered was implementing a black hole into this diagram. It allows for black holes but for white holes also. Terrifyingly enough, it allows for the existence of a parallel universe...

After studying the relationship between spacetime and topology, an interesting field of mathematics that focuses on the properties of shapes undergoing deformation, I have been able to add a few more tools (global methods) that can be used for general relativity calculations.

Today as I walked to my office, I had an epiphany that I believe would change the world forever. It appeared in my mind that any real star has the possibility of forming a singularity inside its apparent horizon. If proven, it means that black holes do exist in our vast Universe.

Steven Hawking and I just finished publishing a paper on our theory which we postulated after helping create the global methods. We have theorized that the Big Bang must have had a spacetime singularity, similar to the one inside of all black holes.

The mystery of consciousness has been such a fascinating discussion and after working on it for a while, I believe that consciousness can be derived from quantum mechanics. I believe that microtubules can be the location of quantum bits in our brains, making us non-computational.

During my studies in the 1970s in aperiodic tiling (a tiling pattern that never repeats), I discovered that it could be created by using just two different tiling pieces. I am honored to say that this same pattern can be now found at Texas A&M University!

I am so honored to be selected as the Nobel Prize in Physics recipient. This was because of the amount of decades-long research on black holes relating to how they are formed, methods to calculate time-warping around the black hole, and proofs relating to their singularities.
