I've cried yet another river today

This morning spent in total meltdown. The reason? Transferring £ from one account to another. Reason? The impact of abuse facilitated via tech years ago. It destroyed my life as I knew it. It took away my feeling of safety online forever. #techabuse Refuge

I would like this person to try to survive even one day being me. I doubt she could. It would probably crucify her. I am strong. I am resilient. My nervous system is working as it should. I am worthy of support and care.

Mh services cause harm and we don't yet have adequate language to describe the harms

I feel such rage towards the abuser (I refuse to use 'my'). I am looking for ways to move through that. Ideas?

If you want to sort out male violence, you start an index rated tax. For each assault or rape, tax for all men goes up. Men sort out their violence issue, tax goes down. All tax proceeds pay for therapy for the women and girls harmed.

Yeah boost staff morale bc they facilitate "team formulations" where instead of getting clinical supervision, staff can just hold large group bitching sessions about pts; blame all their baggage & shitty team dynamics on pts; re-diagnose pts as PD; & be validated in therapy speak

Sadly ironic that almost half the British men arrested for rioting against immigrants they accuse of being abusing women are known for abusing women.

And herein lies the problem.
