Last night the FSC Men's Football Council put to clubs that there would be five subs in IPL and IDL first grade and second grade in 2021. I understand some (mostly IPL) clubs weren't completely onboard with this move and there'll be a vote at a later date.

The extension of the lockdown to at least the end of September is the final nail in the coffin of the Football South Coast 2021 season. Expect all leagues to be declared void. We could end up having around 7-8 months without local football. Inevitable, but still sad.
