This is school food!! Upland Unified School District recently added what they are calling a California Sushi Bowl to the lunch menu! It has imitation crab, sushi rice, pickled carrots, cucumber, sweet chili edamame, spicy mayo, eel sauce, cilantro and crispy onion!
