A million times this ⬇️ I’ve applied to so many jobs where I’m missing a specific requirement or a year or two of experience, and I’m just ghosted or rejected. What happened to even the smallest amount of training? Hell, even “entry-level” jobs that pay $10ph want 8+ years of xp!
