I did have a particular chuckle at the "get easily distracted" versus "find no joy in the little things". My struggles with focus have been painful for me at times, but sometimes it's simply because I'm appreciating the world around me and all it's possibilities!

Such an important thread. I had my first meltdown on public transport the other day. While I felt ashamed it was actually a huge positive step to know I was safe enough to release in that way because my partner was there. Masking them was destroying my body previously.
