I first heard of Ubiquiti Inc in 2021 when I asked a local tech company what WiFi units I should get for a small business. I made my first purchase for East West Drilling in November. In July of 23, I began the switch to Unifi Network. The picture below is a mockup of my first rack.

Around October of ‘23, EWD added another building next door, so a fiber line was run and I purchase some more Ubiquiti Inc equipment and split the system into 2 racks - one in each building.

Then I decided to give them a sample of the Ubiquiti Inc cameras indoors. I bought a few and installed protect on the DM Pro. They loved the cameras! I updated to the UNVR, added more cameras - including outside. Also installed a 2nd DM Pro and got a 48 port switch w/ Etherlighting.

Each July I spend time on-site with 3 businesses, all in the same town. Over the last few days at EWD, I installed the new Ubiquiti Inc WAN Switch and activated auto failover, installed a new Aggregation Pro, two new SuperLinks, a new G5 Dome and a U6+ Wifi for better coverage.

This past Friday was spent at another business for which I provide IT Support. This customer wanted a network upgrade including a Ubiquiti Inc UCG-Fiber, a Building Bridge and 2 new computers setup. It was my first time to set up the UBB’s but it was a very smooth setup experience.

It’s all about Jesus.

At the college where I work, we have multiple Ubiquiti Inc beams but these are the first set of Device Bridge Pros that I am installing on campus. Excited to see how they perform!

This Ubiquiti Inc UDB Pro Sector and UDB Pro are 845ft away (according to Google Maps) with a 99% connection! Great speeds! Another set recently installed is 767ft with the same results. I have a 940ft install coming up as well! They are easy to setup, align, and simple to manage!
