Tuckahoe and Rye punched their ticket to Syracuse. Bronxville is a favorite to join them in Class C. Sleepy Hollow and Mamaroneck are the other two are in states for the first time ever. Both are underdogs on Saturday. Still, a historic year is possible in Section 1

Kevin Devaney Jr. Noticed this during our two games vs Rye: after every TD, he goes behind the goalposts to catch the PAT. I’ve never seen a starting QB score/throw for a TD and then do that! Usually it's a JV kid or ball boy. Says a lot about the humility and character of Carson Boo Miller

Best hype video I’ve ever seen What Ian Colalucci does every year for Rye football isn’t video-making. This is art. And he’s as talented as anyone I’ve ever known in this field. Enjoy this: instagram.com/reel/DR2y3iRD9…

Section 2 ice hockey officials are already the highest-compensated officials in the section at $124 per game. They are now requesting $140 per game and have indicated they will not officiate without this increase. This chapter is also the only one, among 269 officials’ chapters

Best angle I’ve seen so far. A catch. Clear as day. I will never get over this (at least until they finally win one). Unbelievable.

People remember the outcome. I remember the belief, the preparation, and the bond we built long before we stepped on that ice. That’s what Miracle: The Boys of ’80 captures so well. The game was the result. The culture was the miracle.🇺🇸🥇🏒

I searched the crowd for my father, knowing his thoughts were with my mother too. I wanted him to know this gold medal belonged to all of us. As we look ahead to the next Olympics, I'm reminded that behind every athlete is a family whose love & sacrifices make the dream possible.

Susan Reid from Rye in Chapter 1 is this years NIAAA State Award of Merit honoree. Sue has been a force in the NYSAAA as a Past-President and chapter rep. Her presidency brought forth the beginnings of needed change to the organization and her commitment to kids is unmatched.

February 20th, 1980🇺🇸 In game 5, we were down 2-0. Rob McClanahan, Neil Broten, and Phil Verchota responded with 4 unanswered goals. Game 5 reminded us resilience isn’t loud, it’s earned.

Great teams don’t chase history - they create it. Different names on the back. Same name on the front. That crest carries history. It carries sacrifice. It carries belief. Congratulations on the win, USA Hockey. One more.🥇🇺🇸🏒
