Osfted visited our school this week, I decided to speak out. “We must make sure that Ofsted is proportionate, we do need an accountability system, but in its current guise it is not fit for purpose and is causing long term damage to teacher’s physical and mental well-being.”

Teacher vacancies are 93% higher now than in the year before the pandemic.
