Congrats to all of the Safety School graduates! Tallmadge Police & Tallmadge Fire joined forces this past week to educate 2 classes on various safety topics. Thank you to Ofc. Quillen, Ofc. Dornack, & Firefighter Sandy for helping teach some of our youngest residents how to stay safe!

We have had a couple of days of "firsts" for staff, beginning with the first day for our new teachers on Friday. We are excited to have them, and they are all eager to welcome students this week!

Yesterday our New Teacher Cohort explored the Ohio Teacher Evaluation System. A big thank you to our District admin team for joining us over lunch to share guidance and their own “new teacher” experiences. Grateful for this supportive community of educators! 💙💛

Superintendent Steve Wood and THS Senior Preston Schrock were honored to speak at the Tallmadge Chamber of Commerce Luncheon today. Preston shared his experiences as a Tallmadge student while Mr. Wood spoke on the state of the schools.

Our Math Content Committee is reviewing Ohio’s Plan for K-12 Mathematics alongside our Tallmadge Math Framework to ensure alignment and meaningful learning experiences for all students. Grateful for our partnership with Summit ESC to support this important work. 💙💛
