So it’s awesome that S4,Downskull combos now but D+F4 is still weak, straight skulls into D+F4 whiffs against forward dashes, Down skulls into D+F4 doesn’t jail against dashes from a crouch block state and for some reason Down skulls is still 36 frames while EX down skulls is 29

Genuine MK question. I have never ever seen someone (pro or casual) saying what It's obvious to me. That Quan Chi's armor portal cancels are GIMMICKS that can be punished ON REACTION and that if they've got any kind of advancing special the ex armor portal becomes irrelevant?

ELG | Wraith TC_lraklis If you couldn't move the portal while being hit while Geras has a 1bar breaker that regens hp, and he has higher base hp, does that seem fair? Put to scale against the other kits in the game, Quan lacks a core component to play MK1. Portal is a bandaid

Cheeko Kyun 🥀I STG Every character is able to throw outside the portal if they do it as soon as the portal it's open , also every character can do d1 into armor move. Some characters like omniman,ermac reiko and other can do normals and brake it for free

My suggested changes to Quan, some QOL changes and buffs to his zoning, also my idea of how to rework Orange Portal. In my opinion this would make Quan an actual zoner and his win condition would be from zoning and not armored orange portal rushdown (1/2)
