Sometimes, the best way to tackle finals is to take a PAWS! Each semester, the Pre-Veterinary Medical Association partners with the Erath County Humane Society to let students relax with furry friends and recharge before diving back into exam prep.

Agricultural Mechanics (AGSD 2306) students recently gained hands-on experience in leather-working, learning skills like stitching and shaping. This semester, the course also covered shop safety, electricity, plumbing, land surveying, and more.

It's a fin-tastic way to farm! 🐟 🥬 In Aquaponics (WSES 3309), students learn essential skills by catching, filleting, and preparing tilapia, with ingredients harvested straight from the Hydrotron. They gain hands-on experience in sustainable food production through aquaponics.

Students in ANSC 4302 recently gained hands-on experience with milking techniques, mastering the essential skills for dairy farming! Fun fact: The Southwest Regional Dairy Farm milks 300-400 cows three times a day using a rotary parlor!
