My son’s playing hockey in Arcola, SK today. Great excuse to go to Buddy’s Pub in the Arcola High House! Driven past Arcola on my way to Kenosee Lake so many times and always meant to stop, glad to finally do it!

Why is it titled “Chickadee Trail”? Most people don’t notice the little chickadee in the corner of my painting! I think he deserves a spotlight!❄️😉🪶

At the risk of adding to the reasons why Trump might want to acquire Canada, here’s my painting of “Battle Creek” in Cypress Hills, SK. Interestingly, Fort Walsh in this area was established to protect against raiding American wolf hunters & to defend the dominion of Canada.
