Watermelon Mojito: muddle mint, 2 Tbsp of sugar & 1/4 cup lime juice. Fill shaker w/ ice, 3/4 cup rum, 6 oz watermelon puree & another 1/4 cup lime juice; shake well. Strain into glasses over ice leaving 1 inch empty, top glass with club soda, garnish with fresh mint & lime.

P.E.I Vegetable Growers Island Garden's has farmland in Emerald and Vernon where they farm over 500 acres. 100 acres of rutabaga, 250 acres of carrots, and 20 acres of parsnip. The remaining acres are used for crop rotation. #meetthefamer #syscomaritimes
