Yes, mental health matters in Islam. The Prophet ﷺ felt sadness. He isolated. He cried. He made du’a for strength. Your emotions don’t make you weak they make you human. Use faith with coping, not instead of it.

There is no greater blessing for a man after being muslim than the blessing of brighteous wife. She will bring him joy when he looks at her, obey him when he commands, and protect his honor and wealth in his absence.

On this blessed day of Jummah, Don’t forget to; -Read Surah Al-Kahf -Send Salawat to Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم -Make a lot of Du’as during Sa’at Al Istijabah

O Allah

﴿وَقُل رَّبِّ أَنزِلْنِي مُنزَلًا مُّبَارَكًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْمُنزِلِينَ﴾. My Allah, grant me a blessed landing. It is You who provides the best landings. Quran 23:29

Allāh said: “Even if your sins reached up to the clouds in the sky, I would forgive you.” [Sunan al-Tirmdhi ]

Shaykhul Islam Ibnu Taymiyya said towards the end of his life: وندمت على تضييع أكثر أوقاتي في غير معاني القرآن “I regret having wasted the majority of my time in other than the meanings of the Qur’an.
